Chemo Day

Dad had chemo again today. His numbers continue to be good. His blood pressure is good, he gained 1 pound, his oxygen was down to 89% and his blood count was good, even the red. The best news is that his cancer count continues to go down. When we started this journey in January, dads cancer count was 42,000. It went as low as 3,000 before starting to rise again. That is when the doctor decided to switch his chemo treatment. Well, his count went from 6,500 to 3,000 this week. The doctor is really pleased how dad's body is responding to this chemo treatment. Dad sounded good tonight, no nausea and feeling really good. It's a good day in the Cameron household.

Good to hear that Larry is doing well; hope he just doesn't overdo the work around the house (he's just been in chat and told us about the housework and baking cookies :o lol! ) May the count decrease and the nausea stay away.
